SUCCESSFUL JOCKS
We as the Chippewa Valley Football Program are firm believers in giving back to our community. No one embodies that more than Kim Murphy, who was a former parent who was extremely active in promoting those ideals. She passed those same values down to her son, current Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback, Sean Murphy-Bunting. Together they have continued to help those in need through Kim's non-profit organization, Successful Jocks & The Women Behind The Uniform. Some of their many programs are the Game of Life Student Athlete Program, Women Behind the Uniform, Blessed to Be a Blessing, College Tech Senior Athlete Scholarship, and SMB Cornerback Cash Fund Scholarship. We encourage all our athletes to sign up and find a way to get involved in these great opportunities with their families. Thank you Ms. Murphy and Sean for all that you've done and continue to do! Make sure to follow them @SuccessfulJocks on the major social media platforms!

PHYSICAL UPDATE
Due to many concerns and questions related to our health care system, the MHSAA is not mandating updated athletic physicals for the 2020-21. Instead, student-athletes must submit the 2020-21 MHSAA Sports Health Questionnaire in order to participate in interscholastic athletics. This new form is only applicable to students who had a valid physical (dated on or after April 15, 2019) on file for the 2019-20 school year.
